How much do you charge for a consultation?

The initial consultation is free. We use this time to learn about you and your company.

Where are you located?

Our main office is one hour south of Chicago just off Historic Route 66 and Interstate 55 in Plainfield, Il.

Do I have to come in to your office for my consultation?

No, the consultation can be also be done by phone or email. Due to distance from our location, often we never meet a client face to face.

Who owns my website?

Once we receive your final approval and payment, the website and domain belong to you.

Is the website design price an annual fee?

No, the website design fee is a onetime charge. We do include complimentary first year domain registration, email and hosting in some design packages. Annual domain registration and hosting fees are a part of owning a web site no matter where you host.

How long will the design process take?

Once the content is provided and your design selections have been made, we can usually have your site ready for review within a week. Actual completion time is based on the size and nature of your website and the changes made during the design process. It also depends on your prompt response during the review phase.
