The Design Process

Step One - Initial Consultation

The process starts with a free consultation to determine what your desires and your needs are. The designer will get to know you and your company, gather information about services, products, your audience, your purpose, your expectations and more. This can be done in person at our office, over the phone or through email.

Step Two - Proposal

After it is determined what your requirements are and we have addressed all your questions, we will make recommendations and provide you with the various options and pricing. Once we find the best fit for you, and you agree to a plan, you will receive a formal proposal detailing the work, prices and payment schedule.

Step Three - Payment

We require a 50% deposit to start your work. After both parties agree, the paperwork is signed and received by us through fax or mail, we will start the actual design work. If at anytime you have questions or suggestions, please contact us.

Step Four - Creation

Content

You provide the contents - copy or text, and specific pictures you would like to use. Optional copy writing service is available.

Design

We look at examples of web sites that you like. What it is that you like about them? Are there elements that can be incorporated into your web site? It could be any site, even your competitor's web site. What color scheme do you like? How is it laid out? Together, we develop the 'look and feel' of your web site.

Within 2-3 business days you will be able to view a 'mockup' of your site. You can ask questions, make suggestions and submit your revisions as needed. Once we receive your final approval on the 'mockup', the building begins.

Build

After your web site is built, you will be able to view it in its entirety on our servers. You will then make sure everything is just as you want it to be. You may submit copy changes.

Step Five - Going Live

Final Approval - Once we receive your final approval and payment, we will publish your web site.
